The function of the driving shelves
The grey marked parking bays are the driving shelves. These can be processed in the system at the same time as the conveyors.
Thus there is always a free shaft, in which the conveying system picks up or delivers the respective car.
The conveying system has direct access to each car. Vehicles are not re-stored.
Only like that short pick up and delivery times are possible.
